Hello I’m your host c³ NINJACHEESE³ here with Hydro from c3gaming bringing this latest News update.  The beta release of the c3gaming.com Member Control Panel is now available to the team just message an Executive officer to learn how to gain access to it, it will not be posted on the website at this time. You will need to obtain a temporary serial key from an executive officer to open your control panel. In the mod world version 1.09 of Modular Combat is being ready to be released. And Stargate TC 2 has just been released so if you are a fan of Stargate feel free to check out this mod at http://www.moddb.com/mods/stargatetc-2. In other news The FoF team has been unusually quiet until now they are finally showing off some media and releasing some info on Beta 1.5 and it look very well done some of the new features include all new third person poses and animations, new map and old ones got some work done on them. The respawn system has gone thru some changes and has been vastly improved. The ingame text can be translated to many languages with a new stats menu showing your accuracy and they added a moving train to the map El Paso. They also added new coachgun and fists first person animations and dual revolvers can be fired simultaneously now. They have even changed the crosshairs they are now smaller and with a center dot in the middle with several customizable options. Hello I’m your host c³ NINJACHEESE³ here with Hydro from c3gaming bringing you this latest News update. The Dystopia team has released new content of the highly anticipated Dystopia1.2, they have released new photos that contain a glimpse of a public jack in point with two skins one for the Punks and one for the Corps, as well as a soda machine in four different skins that look very well done, and with soda machines comes the product inside them, there are eleven different kinds of soda in these machines so drink up. They also released some photos of a map called Injection that is quit stunning. There is another new Mod out there that is starting to turn some heads. Its called Modular Combat. It’s a Half-Life 2 mod where a team of players fight against computer AI that come in the form of Zombies, Ant Lions, and all other sorts of creatures and monsters. The c³ team has been doing a little bit of designing for dystopia to but the work will be for our officers only not the public. We are making our very own c³ Officer’s Sword for everyone to gaze upon its amazing glory before they are sliced in two’s. There is a link to a screen shot below of the sword but keep in mind this is the finished product. We will also be setting up a 24/7 Cyber arena & a 24/7 melee Dystopia server.

We will be making a couple more changes to our servers, most of them are going to be converted to 100 tick servers to further improve the game play on our servers. So keep an eye out for these changes and report any problems to an Executive Officer. The next clan meeting will be on July 3rd at 6pm PST/ 9pm EST, so please try and make it, if you cannot please leave a post on the forums ahead of time if possible.

If you are looking for an old school first person shooter then look no farther than Postal 2: Share the Pain, it is being offered for free click HERE to proceed to the download page. There are a couple different modes that you can choose from there is Death Match, Team Death Match, and two more that are very similar to capture the flag. There are a couple moves that you can do in the game one is you can pee on your opponents as well as smoke a bowl to gain back some health you can also throw a pair of scissors in your opponents face as well as go postal on everyone.

Eternal Silence team has just released their new version 3.0. It is a first person shooter but you can enter a star ship as well. There are a couple different classes you can pick as well as a couple different ships that can be entered. Another mod that has been released is Ricochet: source. The objective of this game is to jump from plat form to plat form and shoot discs and our opponents and try to knock one another off into the depts. of deep space. The people behind team fortress two are working on their next big release. This time they are focusing on the Pyro. After reviewing the success with the medic release they now know what they need to do they are looking at making significant changes to the Pyro that comes upon updating so there is no need to have to unlock everything. And there is also work on a new melee weapon for the Pyro its called the Axtinguisher where if you immediately hit someone with this weapon after you have lit them on fire and they are still on fire you are garneted a critical hit every time. Hello I’m your host c³ NINJACHEESE³ with c3gaming bringing you this breaking news story.

Team Chivalry has just announced that they will be releasing version 1.1 of Age of Chivalry on May 22, 2006 at 12 am GMT + 1. Server files will be released two days before the actual release date so servers can be up and ready for battle. Some of the changes/additions that have been made are decapitation, a revamped health and armor system, class balance changes as well. All the weapons damage and speed has been redone along with improved hitbox detection to further increase accuracy also improved archery and projectile collision detection. So archers can now snipe headshots for extra damage. Objective mechanics have been improved for better team-play. Shield blocking has been improved. They have implemented spectator support. Clan support added including HLTV and a warm up mode. Catapults as well as oil pots counts as kill and no longer suicides. The animation sync has been improved with actual weapon traces. New weapons including The WARHAMMER have been added. The sounds have been completely redone along with many bug fixes and tweaks. Bot AI has been improved making them more of a challenge, there is two new game modes, the first one is a 1v1 duel and the second one is team death match. Also five new maps have been added Tournament, Tombs, Battleground, Death Valley, and The Siege. Hello I’m your host c³ Hydro³ with c3gaming and a hint of NINJACHEESE bringing you the latest news update. We are in desperate need of two new News Anchors if you look at the date of this post & the one previously posted on 3/25 it's been a while since our last news update we need  more help contact Hydro if your are interested.

Our next topic is all the latest game & mod updates, first off Team Fortress 2 has finally released one of their big updates which adds  the new Gold Rush map and Payload gameplay style, the first set of unlockable weapons, and a new set of achievements for the Medic. As for Dystopia's latest news this month they are showing off more pictures of the new map Injection as well as welcoming to their team a new coder along with a new mapper and artist click HERE for the full story. In other news Fistful of Frags has released version 1.35c of their awesome old west cowboy themed modification, this includes many weapon tweaks and bug fixes to further improve the gameplay. The Dragonball Source team has released version 0.1.4 of their mod and Ballmen version 1.5 had been released as well which includes new maps, code and bug fixes click HERE to read more detailed information pertaining this mod. If your into zombies you will be happy to hear that version 1.25b is now available of the Zombie Panic Source mod which fixes several crashes and some issues models and maps.

Our website is undergoing some changes as well. We are have added a few sections to site, the files section will contain links to download all of our favorite Half-life 1 & 2 mods as well as links to other miscellaneous downloads for example Teamspeak2 and GSC. We also have added  a Guidelines,  a How to join and a Servers section as well to the site. The How to Join section is currently not available for online viewing, and the Files section is under going construction although feel free to view this one as it is being developed as it will be updated every couple of days until completion.

The team has five new members this month their names are j|4|w, Deltadeel, MountainsTouchTheSky, Aqez, and Twinview69. So feel free to add them to your steam friends as well as your GSC friends list and make sure to give them a warm c³ welcome. Everyone say goodbye to Twib our latest EX-Team member, he has been removed for not participating with the clan on any level.  Although he is still more than welcome in our chat or any of our game servers.

The team is working hard on setting up new servers, one of them in progress is our Team Fortress 2 server which will be up & ready to game on very soon. There are two servers that are currently set up and running they are Vampire Slayer VI and The Hidden Source. After the the Team Fortress 2 server is up and running at 100%, we will start the next server which is Day of Defeat: Source, then shortly after that one we will be setting  up a Goldeneye: Source server. Look out for a Counter-Strike: Source 24/7 Gun Game server in the next couple of months as well. More info on our servers will be posted as progress is made.

Also the team has decided to start using a new gamer instant messaging service called GSC which stands for Game Server Chat, it has many similarities to X-Fire but also many advantages & disadvantages for example bugs in the code as well as a severely disappointing free voice server hosting that GSC offers for their users. So in another words go grab yourself a copy GSC if you haven't already and uninstall X-Fire if you want to. That's not the only changes we also have chosen to leave Ventrilo and use the Teamspeak2 voice over IP program instead, so therefore we no longer meet on Ventrilo for voice chat we use Teamspeak2 instead. Reasons being Ventrilo has a max user limit of 8 the only way to change that is by obtaining a license from them directly, which is unfortunately only offered for business use and not offered to the public. So here we are using Teamspeak2 it's not the best but it solves a lot of problems but brings a few of it's own... LOL WHEN DON'T THEY! Well hey team stick together through these troubling times don't let the computer bugs get to you if you know what I mean. The team would like to expand with better quality severs as well as better IM and voice chat programs but we can’t without your help so we the c³ team are asking you to please donate what you can to help fund our expansion. Good evening this is c³ NINJACHEESE signing on as lead anchor today’s top story is a gruesome one. Just yesterday a series of one on one battles took place in Team Fortress 2 it was a c³ tournament. The tournament started at 7:00pm PST/ and 10:00pm EST the map was Two Fort. It began with c³ Hydro vs. c³ Toker the rules where simple ten minute round and most points wins. Throughout the match it was a head to head battle claiming victory was c³ Hydro with 10 points and c³ Toker with 8. The next battle would be c³ NINJACHEESE vs. c³ Butthead same rules ten minute round and most points wins it was a quick start there was no playing around going on here claiming that victory was none other than your very own anchor c³ NINJACHEESE with 14 leaving c³ Butthead in the dust with 4. The finally match would be c³ Hydro vs. c³ NINJACHEESE  same rules apply and the match begun it was a stale mate for the first half until about the half way mark then c³ NINJACHEESE  started gaining until the round was over. Winning that match was none other than your own anchor c³ NINJACHEESE. With this win I earn one of two new sashes coming out this week it’s called duel sash which means since I hold it I can be challenged at any game and if the challenger wins they take the sash from me. Tonight’s top story is the first week of March starts clan member evaluation what this does is the executive officers gather around and see who is ready for a promotion or who is going to be demoted. Of course we get our results from your participation or the lack their of so be sure to be on your toes because who knows there might be a little surprise waiting right around the corner for you. In other news more information on the new sashes has just been released one of the new sashes will be a dueling sash which will be a 1vs1 where only one clan member can hold this title at a time and the other clan members may challenge them and try to take away the title from the other member the title holder can deny only three challenges from their fellow clan mates after that they have to except every ones challenge until beaten. There are also new sashes on recorded keeping, maintenance , and also a new public outreach sash which can be achieved by populating our severs . We will also be assigning a mod forum to certain members so we can keep updated on all the new updates and patches on each of these mods and maybe even get on the beta testing teams. Good evening I’m your host c³ NINJACHEESE. Our top story today the new c³ severs are rolling out so far we have eight severs up and they are CSS, DOD, COD4, TF2, FOF, DYS, ETQW, PVK2. Severs on their way are Insurgency Modern Infantry Combat, Goldeneye: Source, Battle Grounds 2, Half-life 2 Death Match, Project Valkyrie, Hidden Source, and the Specialists. There is also a little treat going to be coming out which will be whoever has a good amount of hours in a single game will be eligible to be on that games council. Being on the council will be lots of fun because you will be able to speak out about that game for instance what clans to battle with what game types to have running and so on. In other news we have another new recruit her name is Tex so please give her a warm welcome and add her one steam and X-Fire. This just in another set of badges are in production this time with a different twist they focus more on your duty to the clan stay tuned for more on this story as it progresses. Good evening this is a mid week news report I’m your host c³ NINJACHEESE. Our top story today the new sashes are making their debut today and I can truly say what an amazing job our very own c³ Hydro did on them truly amazing and with some help of course c³ Iriee helped with her artistic point of view. In other news Dystopia 1.2 there is much talk as well as rumors going around about it here. So here are some more rumors of what is to come some of the weapons are going to be getting tweaked in different ways like a weapons might get better results with a certain implant. Also the Tesla has many eyes on it changes might be happening on it especially with its good room clearing abilities. The rocket launcher is another one they are on with talk about maybe changing the distance in which the rocket launcher can fire at close ranges. Melee is another big factor in Dystopia and a few changes where hinted there for instance the heavy’s melee might have a shielding against Katanas and also hints about pulling back a bit on the Katanas melee push. And last but not least models where talked about maybe getting minor changes and maps are getting an up lift like they are starting to suit the correct team from the defenders to the attackers on how they look. In other news Valve has just announced something called Steamworks in which it is a way for publisher and developers so they can benefit from the steam platform. The steam platform is not engine specific so they can chose whether or not to publish their games on steam. Here are some features Steamworks provide Auto-Updating, Game stats collection and display, Multiplayer Matchmaking, Key-based authentication and anti-piracy protection, Rapid and secure build distribution, Testing & usability data collection. Steam has been becoming quite the uproar around here now some people think it is a corporate takeover but we won’t know for sure until it happens who knows it might be good just look at all the features they offer. Good day I’m your anchor c³ NINJACHEESE. Are top story today a scrim between c³ vs. WNx has been decided. The scrim will be a 5v5, on Sunday the 13th of January; at 7:00pm EST 4:00pm PST the game played Dystopia the map is broadcast. If you need to sign up for the scrim visit the c ³ forums section scrims and the topic is scrim team sign up. Be advice the scrim date, time, map, and the amount of players can always be changed if need be. In other news the c³ ribbons are undergoing some drastic changes here is a preview . The new look isn’t the only thing being changed their will be new ribbons added and their names will be changed as well as the meanings. This just in it is mandatory for all c³ clan members to view as well as post on the c³ forums twice a week failure to do so will result in punishment. There was important Dystopia info released just recently covering this will be none other than your top anchor. It was a new year’s resolution for the Dystopia team they figured out what was going wrong with Dystopia the people yes the people. They figured out that they weren’t listening to them so it was time for a change they added a few little surprises. And that does it for our new recruits now on to another story c³ has made a new friend his name is Inferno he has decided to help the clan by hosting severs and even going to lend a hand to spice up the website and forums up a bit so when you get the chance add him as a friend and say thanks. This just in there is a new update for Dystopia so please go ahead and download that and be ready to jack in and kick some ass. In other news the c³ clan would like to get some severs up and running in the next few months but this can only be made possible by you the c³ clan by donating so please try and spare a few dollars towards the clan so we can have our own home. The first sever we would like to try and get up and running would be a Team Fortress 2 sever so if you do not have this game please try and get it. Of course with the new severs going to be arriving recruiting will be welcomed so don’t be afraid to recruit new people just make sure what their ages are. Our top story today at 7pm pacific / 10pm eastern A Dystopia Melee Tournament took place it was a gruesome battle and the victor was none other than your beloved comrade Hydro coming in at a smooth 44 kills and in second place was the master of the undead ZOMBIE with 41 kills and in third your very own news anchor NINJACHEESE at 32 kills. There are also upcoming Tournaments for those who missed this one and they are Dec. 15 @ 7pm pacific / 10pm eastern time. The game that will played is Team Fortress 2,  most points decides who wins the tournament and the other Dec. 30 @ 7pm pacific / 10pm eastern time. The game being played is Goldeneye: source most kills determines who wins the tournament. Make sure to have these games installed and ready to go and as a reminder mods links can be found on c3gaming.com the mod links section. And in other news we have a new member his name Strider I had the pleasure of speaking with this young man and he sounds eager to kick some ass ha-ha-ha aren’t we all. Redesign is done, although some sections are still incomplete. Our Dystopia server will be back online tomorrow evening.

First off the Dystopia 1.1 server has FINALLY been tweaked to perfection, it also has been renamed "18+AdultsOnly|4:20 24/7|c3gaming.com FastDL". Some more good news for the server as well the sound effects are coming back, we will be adding some more sound clips don't worry Peter rapping Peter Time is not being removed... Expect some more fun clips I'll only tell you one of them it's Butthead kicking Beavis's ass using karate chops. Got an idea about a sound effect? Send it to Hydro, any suggestions are welcome.

This month's tournaments will be played on Insurgency: Modern Infantry Combat. There will be several, one tourney each week so everyone will get a chance at getting a point on the scoreboard.
